The prices are a tad high, $28.75 for 2 cheeseburgers and a chili for lunch, but the food was very good!! And considering you're a "captive " audience, it really isn't that bad.
Pretty good food, decent prices, and much better feel since they remodeled. I do wish they offered more items such as: premade salads, sandwiches, or lunchables would be nice. Employees arent very social or friendly but they seem to get the job done.
Reasonably priced and nice selection of cafeteria food, including gluten-free. Great for pleasing a group or large family. Enjoyed my bison chili.
Nice place to eat lunch with the family. The prices are quite high, but the food is very good and where else can you eat in view of Mount Rushmore. If you like chili,the buffalo chili is pretty darn good and affordible($5.75 for a bowl). If you like Alfred Hitchcock, the Carver Cafe was used in the filming of "North by Northwest" with Cary Grant.
Good menu and very reasonable. I had a full breakfast of eggs, bacon, hash Browns, and biscuits and gravy for under $7.
