Well...... it isn't very good. I agree with the previous review on the dry meat. Tea had a funky smell and taste. We were told that it wasn't the same as the south, but our gripe was that it tasted as if it had "turned". Paid 14 bucks for dry meat and frozen onion rings, and the buns and pickles from a local grocery store. Stay away would be my advice.
My family vacation got a little brighter when we stopped here after Rushmore! Very friendly staff and the food was awesome! Tons of food. 9 of us left with happy bellies!
The brisket was short on flavor, sliced long before it was plated, leathery and dry. The buffalo rib had a nice smoke and decent flavor, but was also dried out. On the pricey side.
Skip it if you can. They were out of French fries and ribs when we ordered. The buns for the food were freezer burnt. Portions were small and expensive compared to a famous Dave's. The only thing good was the bottled beer..
They completely forgot we existed after taking our orders. Couldn't even get our drinks while others were getting theirs. Told them we were leaving and was looked at like they had never seen us.
