If there is a nicer more economical place to stay, for example during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally or when visiting Mount Rushmore, I don't know where it would be.

While you shouldn't be expecting the Ritz, these are nice cozy little cabins. The price is very reasonable and you couldn't ask for better people to deal with. Located only a couple miles from Mt. Rushmore and honestly just a short walk from Keystone should you feel so inclined.
