Over all it is not a bad place to stay. My only drawback would be to having an inward facing window.
We gave it a five-star because the people at the front desk were very helpful and very nice and very approachable. The room was clean and the bed which was king size was very comfortable with lots of pillows. It was so close to our destination which was Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park and Crazy Horse monument. All in all a really cute town but we didn't get to check it out much just there for an overnight.
Friendly staff, quiet, clean, easy access, great parking, breakfast not available, well located, happy to return there again, good coomunicatiin and room location, available fridges and microwave. Temperature was appropriate. Piol available.
Friendly and nice staff. Pool and hot tub were great. Lounge staff was great and the drinks were really good. Really loved the location. Would stay again!
Our room was off the pool side, so no views of the black hills. And I like seeing the sun come up over the hills.
The room was clean. Beds we're comfortable.
Stayed here for a night and it was excellent. The room (231) was very clean, the beds are really comfortable, and the staff was top notch. Melanie (front desk) put up with all of my questions about the area and things to do around there at 0400 and provided me a ton of helpful info. Oh and I almost forgot the rates were probably the best in keystone. We'll definitely be back
